We describe each piece as accurately as we can. Colours may vary slightly between screens. Prices are in South African Rand and include VAT at 15%. We may change prices at any time, but the price you pay is the one shown when you check out.

If we discover a genuine pricing or description error after you order, we’ll contact you before dispatch and you may confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract forms once we accept it and payment succeeds. Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider over a secure connection; we never see or store your full card details.

Delivery within Stellenbosch is R 90. Courier delivery to the rest of South Africa is R 120. Delivery is free on orders over R 1 000. Collection can be arranged on WhatsApp.

We dispatch within 1–2 working days and orders usually arrive within 2–4 working days to main centres. As required by ECTA section 46, we’ll execute your order within 30 days unless we agree otherwise; if we can’t, we’ll tell you and refund you within 30 days.

Because you buy online, you may cancel without reason or penalty within 7 days of receiving the goods. You pay only the direct cost of returning them. Return the piece unworn and in its original packaging and we’ll refund you within 30 days. This is separate from your rights when something is faulty.

Beyond the cooling-off period, unworn pieces can be exchanged within 14 days. Under the CPA you may return goods that are defective, unsafe, or not as described within 6 months for a repair, replacement or refund. Earrings can’t be returned for hygiene reasons unless faulty. Message us on WhatsApp to start a return.

You’re responsible for keeping your login details safe and for activity on your account. Tell us immediately if you think it’s been compromised. We may suspend accounts used for fraud or abuse.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the CPA or any liability that can’t lawfully be excluded. Otherwise, to the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential loss.

These terms are governed by South African law and the courts of South Africa. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest still applies.
