How do I pay?+
Card or instant EFT through our secure checkout. Your card details never touch our servers — payment is handled by our payment provider.
Do you have a discount code?+
Yes. Use NKOSI/FOUNDER at checkout for 10% off your order. Enter it in the cart or on the checkout page and the total updates straight away.
Can I stack a code with free delivery?+
Absolutely. The discount comes off first, and if what’s left is R 1 000 or more, delivery is free on top.
Can I order over WhatsApp instead?+
You can. Message us with the pieces you want and we’ll set it up manually — though checkout is quicker.
Delivery
What does delivery cost?+
A flat R 120 anywhere in South Africa, and free once your order reaches R 1 000 after any discount.
How long does it take?+
We pack within 1–2 working days. Courier delivery is usually 2–4 working days to main centres, and a little longer to outlying areas.
Do you ship outside South Africa?+
Not yet — but it’s coming. Message us if you’re outside SA and we’ll let you know as soon as it’s live.
Can I track my order?+
Yes. You’ll get a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel is collected.
Returns & exchanges
Can I return a piece?+
Unworn pieces in their original packaging can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. Earrings are excluded for hygiene reasons.
What if something arrives damaged?+
Send us a photo on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll replace it or refund you — no argument.
Who pays return shipping?+
We cover it if the piece is faulty or we sent the wrong thing. For a change of mind, return shipping is on you.
The pieces
What are they made of?+
Our pieces are finished in gold tone, silver tone or a blackened finish over a durable base. They’re built to hold their colour with normal wear — treat them well and they’ll last.
Will they tarnish?+
Not with reasonable care. Keep them away from water, perfume, lotion and sweat, and store them dry in the pouch they came in.
What size are the bracelets?+
Bangles are one size and fit most wrists. Chain bracelets have an extender so you can wear them loose or close. If you’re unsure, WhatsApp us and we’ll help.
Are the pieces for men or women?+
Both — we split the shop into Women and Men to make browsing easier, but most of the collection is unisex. Wear what you like.
Care
How should I look after my jewellery?+
Last on, first off. Put it on after perfume and lotion, take it off before you shower, swim, sleep or train. Wipe it with a soft dry cloth after wear.
How do I store it?+
In the pouch or box it arrived in, somewhere dry and out of direct sun. Keep chains separate so they don’t tangle or scratch each other.
